Hannah Meijer shows a world of her own, similar to a laboratory. In stories coming from her own experience she connects apparent opposites. Hard and soft, intuitive and analytical, natural or textile materials and clinical or scientific elements. 

In Exbunker she doesn’t give these materials the space they seem to need. This way she brings forward ideas of imprisonment and containment.
