A group of six sculptures are floating in the space. They are hollow casings, made of cloth and wax, as cast off skin. They contain the time that formed them. Alternating the arrangement between the sculptures during the exposition, the relations between them change. Not only that, the space itself transforms as does the experience of it.
The work of Hadas Lieber is about processes of becoming through which things in the world arise and get their forms. Growth and addition by repetition manifest the passing of time and express layers of meaning. This theme is leading in Lieber’s sculptures, drawings and video.
